For a person who loves food and eats like every meal is his last. It was a tough, really tough decision for me to start this weight loss journey.
I am currently at my peak of 114 kgs, which marks the day I start shedding this lovely chubby squishy FAT. I know it will be a tough journey, but I must do it for myself.

I know I love walking, but Diet. Please, tell me I have to finish that chole bhature in 2 mins, I will do it in 1 min. But tell me I have survived on oats, fruits, green vegetables, sad smiling emoji face is what I will give.
The biggest setback comes from people around us, who of course are not fat but they happily will keep enjoying all the food I love to eat. And amidst all this, I will be sitting with my water bottle just staring at those pieces of paneer chilly calling me to put a fork in and take a bite.
I know I can do it, I have astonished many people before with what I can do against odds they thought I couldn't. But this time it is personal. It's something I want to do for myself, and I will do it.
My journey will start with 1 month 1 one-hour gym till the time I am in Ranchi, followed by trying different healthy options of food I can try and change my routine every few days.
Once I am in Gurgaon, I will start my real Weight loss journey. For now, my goal is 110 kgs in this month,
